This collaboration will bring real-time defect detection, process monitoring, and compliance checks to South Australian factories and industrial sites. By combining deep learning with purpose-built edge computing, Jidoka’s Vision AI platform delivers defect capture rates of 99.9% accuracy at line speeds of up to 12,000 parts per minute, helping manufacturers achieve first-time-right quality while improving workplace safety and compliance.
