We are delighted to share that Jidoka Technologies has been featured in Shaastra Magazine, published by IIT Madras, for our pioneering work in applying computer vision and artificial intelligence to manufacturing quality assurance.
The story traces how our founders — Krishna Iyengar, Sekar Udayamurthy, and Vinodh Venkatesan — came together to solve persistent challenges in the industry, including high rejection rates, reliance on manual inspections, and outdated vision systems.
Our flagship product Kompass delivers AI-powered visual inspection with accuracy rates as high as 99–99.5%, inspecting up to 10,000 images per minute and making instant reject/accept decisions within milliseconds. Complementing it is Nagare, launched in 2023, which brings intelligent process optimisation to manufacturing lines, ensuring efficiency and reducing errors in critical operations such as kitting and assembly.
